Jeff Cloninger is an Oklahoma native who first visited Palm Beach in the mid 1970's. It was love at first sight! Though a seasoned traveler even as a child, Jeff adored Palm Beach and vowed to one day make it his home. Entering the hotel and resort business after college graduation in 1981, Jeff spent the next decade moving from hotel management positions in large cities to resorts in Aspen, Antigua, West Indies, and St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. With the impending birth of their first child, Jeff and his wife Anne, left the Virgin Islands for Palm Beach, and never looked back! Jeff decided that his long time knowledge of and love for Palm Beach could translate into a successful real estate career. Ten years later, Jeff Cloninger is one of the most respected real estate brokers in Palm Beach, having founded Jeffrey A. Cloninger & Associates, Inc. after years as a top producer for two of the island's largest firms.

Jeff and Anne have three young daughters and live in a 1924 Mediterranean house near Worth Avenue. They are year round island residents, except for regular excursions to New York, the Caribbean and Aspen.
