Jeff Cloninger has had a presence in Palm Beach for the last 30 years, and has been a full-time resident and real estate broker for the past seventeen years. Jeff's earlier post-college years were spent in the hotel and resort industry, managing properties in diverse locations from Aspen, Colorado to Antigua, West Indies. With the impending birth of their first child, Jeff and his wife Anne left the U.S. Virgin Islands to establish a permanent home on Palm Beach. Since then, Jeff Cloninger has become one of the most respected and productive real estate brokers in the Town of Palm Beach. After years as the top producer for two of the island's largest real estate firms, Jeff founded Jeffrey A. Cloninger & Associates, Inc. in 2001.

Because of his successful real estate track record and fine reputation, Jeff has been featured in numerous international, national and local publications regarding Palm Beach.

Jeff has sold nearly half a billion dollars of Palm Beach real estate in his career, and received accolades for his successful re-development and conversion of the venerable Eliot House on Chilean Avenue, a seven-story multi-family apartment building.

Jeff Cloninger is widely regarded as a "Palm Beach" expert - not only as a real estate broker, but also from his involvement as a civic-minded, long-term town resident. Jeff has served as a past president of the Eliot House, Chairman of the Board of the Town-sponsored PB Cats, Inc., and was a Town Council Appointee to the Royal Poinciana Way Re-development Steering Committee. He presently serves on the Town of Palm Beach Planning & Zoning Commission, is Vice President of the Royal Park Homeowners' Association, and is Vice President and a Director of the Palm Beach Board of Realtors. He was the recipient of the prestigious 2009 Palm Beach Civic Association's Raymond J. Kunkel Award, which honors one resident annually for "heroic or meritorious service to the Town of Palm Beach".

Jeff and his family live in a 1924 Mediterranean house near Worth Avenue.
